Inspire your team or networks by arranging a meeting or conference in the stunning surroundings of Chester Zoo. We’re easy to find, ideally located near Chester city centre, with lots of free and accessible on-site parking; just follow the brown zoo signs as you approach the city.

Our Grade II listed building, The Oakfield, is the perfect location for your meeting or conference with views overlooking our beautiful award winning gardens; it’s the ideal place to keep your delegates both focused and motivated.

The Oakfield’s private meeting spaces come fully equipped with every connectivity you might need - from HDMI to VGA, we’ve got you covered. Our upstairs meeting spaces are perfect for meetings, training and presentations with large windows overlooking our lawns (and even some animals!). Each room has full access to WiFi with a 75” screen and projector to showcase your presentation and make it shine!

Set apart from the rest of The Oakfield, The Dove, Magnolia and Redwood Suites can be hired together to provide break out spaces or separate areas for group activities. You’ll be provided with unlimited hot drinks throughout the day from a small kitchen area, or if you prefer we can provide breakfast, lunch or dinner in our downstairs dining area.

If you’re looking for a bigger, outdoor space then you’ll love Manado Town, our authentic South East Asian themed space located in Islands.

Also, by holding your event with us, all proceeds raised will be contributing to our conservation efforts, helping us to prevent extinction right here in the UK and around the world. So, while you enjoy yourself, you know you’ll be making a difference.
