Native Aparthotels are a totally new way to stay. We combine the freedom and authenticity of a local apartment with the comfort and convenience of a boutique hotel.

Set in the very heart of the city, Native Manchester aparthotel is found inside Ducie Street Warehouse, just 100 yards from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station.

Back in the day, this beautiful building was a trade warehouse and it has remained true to its past by retaining key elements of its original architecture such as impressive wide columns, powder blue wrought-iron girders and brick-barrelled ceilings.

Today we do it all, with 166 stunning apartments, from spacious studios to eight luxurious penthouses. Each apartment comes with its own fully equipped kitchen, lounge space and king-size beds and many have loft-style ceilings with exposed beams.

Downstairs, we have the ground floor of Ducie Street Warehouse, which is the perfect place to host your next event.  We have a beautiful bar for standing receptions, two bookable soft seating areas for meetings, three multi-purpose private rooms and a 36-seat mini cinema. Our Atrium is a large, beautiful open space framed by the original powder blue structure from DSW’s former life as an actual warehouse.

You’ll be spoilt for choice with our food and beverage offering. The Restaurant is the perfect place to try something new; Chef Andrew Green and his team cherry-pick the best flavours from around the world to create dishes that are out of this world. At the Bar, you can choose from a carefully curated drinks menu featuring classic cocktails, organic wines, spirits and soft drinks. We also have Counter which serves fair trade coffee, hot and cold snacks including delicious pastries, as well as a selection of beers, wines and Ducie’s bespoke canned cocktails. What’s more, we have an Outdoor Terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining.
