STUNNING additional conference and events space has been unveiled at Manchester’s Hyatt Regency and Hyatt House hotels. The Conservatory, Commons and The Living Room on the 18th floor offer an exciting new place for private hire parties, meetings, business presentations, networking events and weddings – making up an additional 363.6 sq m of flexible space with outstanding panoramic views across Manchester.

- The Conservatory is a beautiful penthouse-style glass room, brought to life with circulating fresh air that gently seeps through delicate slits built into the floor-to-ceiling glass walls and wood floor decking. The Conservatory offers an all-year-round outside-in experience with beautiful views across to the Peak District.

- The Commons is a huge, versatile open space; illuminated by day through sleek floor to ceiling windows, its clever, free-flowing design comprises of respite areas and collaborative spaces plus an eye-catching, spacious kitchen hub. By night, the Commons is transformed into a magical evening venue with stunning night city sky views.

- Looking for a private snug? The Living Room is an intimate, cosy den fitted with contemporary sofas and chairs, ideal for informal meetings or drinks with friends.

Says Jodi Hinks, Director of Commercial Strategy at the hotels, “Hyatt Regency and Hyatt House Manchester have nearly five thousand square feet of versatile floor space. I am delighted to introduce The Conservatory, Commons and The Living Room as three luxurious and unique meetings and events spaces to Manchester.

Our 18th floor spaces perfectly complement our other flexible, hireable spaces, which incorporate a dedicated events floor with seven state-of-the-art meeting rooms that alone caters for 200 delegates, the ground floor outdoor Terrace, The Laureate Restaurant and The Graduate Bar.

I think that the impact of Covid plus the emergence of innovative technology has led to our evolution. The varied selection of meeting spaces we offer provides an abundance of options, ensuring a seamless environment for every event. We can just as easily engage extensive, live and virtual audiences via our Hy-Brid package as we can provide discreet boardrooms and brainstorming places. All meeting rooms and event spaces offer expert catering services.“

Situated in the Innovation District on the Oxford Road Corridor, both hotels are close to Manchester’s major transportation hubs and provide easy access to major attractions such as the Manchester Museum, the Whitworth Art Gallery and the world-famous football stadiums of Manchester United F.C and Manchester City F.C.
