Manchester offers a large choice for delegates with over 23,000 bedrooms in Greater Manchester, and 10,000 in the city centre alone. There are options to suit all budgets with a wide range of hotels and serviced apartments.
Manchester Convention Bureau offers a free Accommodation Booking Service, providing a hassle free way to secure rooms for your event, whether on an allocation or contracted basis. The service, available for bookings of 10 rooms or more, will save you time and provide a seamless experience for your delegates.
As part of the service the team will approach our database of accommodation providers, to search for availability and secure competitive prices. A dedicated event website will then be built for delegates to book online or alternately delegates call the accommodation booking team and book over the phone.
All room allocations are secured until 28 days prior to the event; at this point rooms that have not been sold will be released back to the hotels with no charge to the event organiser. Contracted rooms are subject to the hotels release terms and conditions. All further reservations can be booked directly through the accommodation booking team.
