New Flexible Cancellation
1-10 Delegates
Booking can be cancelled without penalty 7 days prior to arrival.
This applies to new contracted bookings, the meeting must be held between 1st April 1st 2021 and 30th September 2021.
11-30 Delegates
Booking can be cancelled without penalty 14 days prior to arrival.
Over 30 Delegates
Booking can be postponed without penalty 21 days prior to arrival and rebook with 365 days.
Applies to new contracted bookings held between 1st April 2021 and 30th September 2021.
