- All Bedroom lights changed to LED – 2019
- PIR sensors installed in storerooms and back of house areas – 2019
- Removal of plastic straws – 2019
- Water saving adaptions to toilets and showers in bedrooms – 2020
- All furniture donated to British Heart Foundation during refurbishment – 2020
- All energy is 100% renewable from zero carbon generation, backed by REGO Certification
- We only use fish from sustainable sources
- All other food items are sourced locally if possible
- Our waste is segregated in all areas – glass, paper, carboard, cans, food, general waste with 70% of all waste recycled
ACTIONS FOR 2021
- Reduce Food waste by 20%
- Over 75% of all other waste to be recycled
- Change from single use toiletries to refillable (Dec 2021)
ACTIONS FOR 2022
- Introduce Reusable water bottles in conference.
- Install - Electric Car Charging points
- Remove all single use plastic
