Last month Manchester Metropolitan University’s Conference Office were delighted to learn that they had retained their Gold rating with the industry’s leading trade association, MIA. AIM Gold accreditation is the MIA’s highest accolade and achievement of this level sends a positive signal to potential clients that superior service levels have been achieved.  

The assessment, which was a full day on site and over seventy criteria, provides customers with an assurance that they can expect an exceptional standard of customer service whilst also adhering to all current health and safety and other pertinent legislation. There are also several local government and industry venue finders who only work with gold accredited venues, so this achievement is another vital way of the team securing quality conferences and events enquiries in the future.
