The Studio Manchester has begun the Welcome Brain Consulting Neuroinclusive Venue Accreditation process, reinforcing its commitment to creating event environments in which guests, delegates and team members feel considered, supported and able to thrive.

The move responds to growing demand from event organisers for venues that understand and apply neuroinclusive practices. By reviewing accessibility across the full customer journey, The Studio Manchester aims to make its meetings and events more welcoming for people with a wide range of cognitive and sensory needs.

The accreditation programme provides a structured framework for assessing and improving venue practices, including initial enquiries, booking, pre-event communications, arrival, the on-site experience, event delivery and staff confidence.

Through the process, the venue will review its current approach, identify practical improvements, submit evidence and take part in an on-site assessment. The goal is to embed neuroinclusive thinking throughout its culture and day-to-day operations rather than treat accessibility as a series of isolated measures.

Known for its flexible meeting and event spaces in Manchester city centre, The Studio Manchester sees the accreditation journey as a natural extension of its people-first approach and commitment to responsible business.

“We are committed to creating an environment where every guest feels considered, valued and comfortable from the moment they make an enquiry to the moment they leave. We believe other venues across Manchester will also be encouraged to create more accessible environments, which can only be a positive step for the city as a whole,” said Julian Kettleborough, Commercial Director for The Studio Manchester.
